salsa
1/4 cup
375 ml
cooked white rice
1 1/2 cup

worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
1 ml
salt
1/4 tsp
2 ml
pepper
1/2 tsp
2 ml
minced garlic
1/2 tsp
250 ml
monteray jack cheese, shredded
1 cup
250 ml
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup
6 - 8
large green or red peppers
6 - 8
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except peppers and approximately 1/4 cup
(50 ml) of both monteray jack and cheddar cheeses.

Remove the tops and seeds from peppers. Stuff each pepper with rice mixture.
Arrange peppers in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Approximately
20 minutes before time is up, sprinkle remaining cheeses on tops of peppers.

Serves 6 to 8

hmm, i wonder about the cooking time if you don't have a slow cooker?
